JPG to PDF: Combine JPEG Images
Arrange JPG or JPEG images into a PDF with page size, orientation, margins and fit controls.
Add JPEGs in page order, then choose page size, margins and fit.
Files are processed in this browser, not uploaded to a service.
Limits and output behavior
Original JPEG streams are embedded without additional lossy encoding. Browser-decoded orientation and chosen rotation are applied; inspect the final PDF before printing.
Instructions and examples
From input to output
- Add JPEG images, wait for inspection and arrange their queue order.
- Choose Page size, Orientation, Margins and Image fit. Adjust each image’s clockwise rotation if needed.
- Select Create PDF, review the preview and download the PDF.
Settings and result behavior
- Fit whole image keeps the edges; Fill page area can crop them. Margins use points, with 72 points per inch.
- Fit page to image uses 96 pixels per inch and disables the paper orientation selector.
- Output filename names the download. Original JPEG pixels are embedded without an additional lossy encoding.
A worked example

If the result is unexpected
- For cut-off text, change Image fit to Fit whole image and check rotation.

Open the downloaded PDF and check every page’s order, rotation, edges and text legibility. The source images are not enhanced.
