Instructions and examples

From input to output

  1. Choose at least two PDF files and wait for their page counts and checks.
  2. Arrange the queue in reading order and set Output filename.
  3. Select Merge PDFs, inspect the combined preview and download the document.

Settings and result behavior

  • Queue order controls whole-document order. There is no page-selection or interleaving control.
  • Pages are copied without rasterizing them. Bookmarks, accessibility tags and document metadata are not retained.

A worked example

Input
A two-page public agenda followed by a one-page directions sheet.
Settings
Agenda first; directions second.
Expected result
One three-page PDF, with the source page sizes and rotation retained.

Supported input and limits

2-20 simple PDFs; at most 100 combined pages. Encrypted documents, forms, annotations, signatures, attachments and active document actions are refused.

2-20 PDFs, 20 MB each and 40 MB combined; at most 100 combined pages and 40 MB output. Encrypted PDFs, forms, signatures, attachments and active document content are refused. Bookmarks, accessibility tags and document metadata are not preserved.

If the result is unexpected

  • A refusal for forms or signatures is intentional; use an appropriate PDF application for those documents.
  • If the combined page or byte limit is exceeded, split the job into smaller groups.

Check before using the result

Check page boundaries and order in a PDF viewer. Verify links and accessibility needs separately; a merged file is not a preserved signed or tagged original.
